CAL provides financial assistance to qualifying students, enabling them to complete a Degree or National Diploma in construction related studies, at a recognized University or University of Technology. Investment in construction related bursaries provides the company with high caliber graduates, ensuring that its medium and long term human capital requirements are met.
In order to qualify for a bursary, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:

Must be a citizen of Ghana

Must be younger than 30 years old

Must be a full-time student studying towards a relevant Degree or National Diploma at a recognized Ghana University or University of Technology

Must have successfully completed their 1st year of study

Must have no other bursary awarded by another organization.
